From the Vatican Museums, exit through the main entrance. Once outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). This should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the square, face the basilica and walk straight across the square toward the Colonnade. Continue straight, and you will see the Tiber River ahead. As you approach the river, you will see Ponte Sant'Angelo directly in front of you. It is an iconic bridge that leads to Castel Sant'Angelo.

Another option is to exit the Vatican Museums and head left towards Via di Porta Angelica. Walk straight on this road until you reach Via della Conciliazione, a wide boulevard. Turn left on Via della Conciliazione and walk until you reach the Tiber River. At the river, turn right, and you will see Ponte Sant'Angelo ahead.
