    From St. Peter's Square, head directly towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you are in front of the basilica, exit the square to your left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Banchi Nuovi. Turn right onto Via dei Banchi Nuovi and then take the first left onto Via di Torre Argentina. Follow this street until you arrive at the intersection with Via delle Sette Chiese. Turn left onto Via delle Sette Chiese, and you will find the Catacombs of Domitilla at number 282 on your right.

    From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 64 towards 'Stazione Termini' and get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, transfer to bus number 81 and continue until you reach 'Ponte Testaccio'. Get off the bus and walk straight along Via di Monte Testaccio until you come to Via delle Sette Chiese. Turn right, and the Catacombs of Domitilla will be on your left at number 282.
