Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Walk out of the square and onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight down this road for about 1 km until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo) to reach the other side. Once across, continue straight on Lungotevere Castello until you reach the intersection with Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Turn left onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina and continue straight until you reach Piazza Venezia. Palazzo Bonaparte is located at Piazza Venezia, 5, right at the corner where you can see the Altare della Patria.

From St. Peter's Square, walk towards the nearest bus stop, located on Via della Conciliazione. Take Bus 40 or 64 towards Termini Station. After 5 stops, get off at the 'Piazza Venezia' stop. From there, Palazzo Bonaparte is a short walk away. Head towards the large monument at the center of the square, which is the Altare della Patria, and Palazzo Bonaparte is located just next to it at Piazza Venezia, 5.
