Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you exit the basilica, turn right and walk towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Via Nazionale. Cross the street and keep walking straight onto Via del Quirinale. After a short walk, take a left onto Via Beniamino Gigli. The Teatro dell'Opera di Roma will be on your right at Piazza Beniamino Gigli.

From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop on Via della Conciliazione called 'Piazza San Pietro.' Take bus number 64 towards Termini Station. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza della Repubblica.' From there, walk towards Via Nazionale, then turn left onto Via del Quirinale. Finally, take a left onto Via Beniamino Gigli, and you will find the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma on your right.
