From the Vatican Gardens, exit through the main gate and head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you reach St. Peter's Square, look for the Big Bus Tours ticket booth located near the left side of the square, close to the colonnades. It should be a short 5-10 minute walk.

If you are at the Vatican Museums, exit the museums and walk directly towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. As you approach St. Peter's Square, you will find the Big Bus Tours booth near the left side of the square. This walk will take approximately 10 minutes.

Public Transport
From the nearest bus stop at 'Piazza San Pietro', take bus number 64 towards 'Stazione Termini'. After a short ride, get off at the 'Via della Conciliazione' stop. From there, it's just a 5-minute walk back to St. Peter's Square where you'll find the Big Bus Tours booth.
