To reach Piazza Mincio from the Vatican Library using public transportation, exit the Vatican Library and head towards the nearest bus stop on Via della Conciliazione. Board bus number 40 or 62, which will take you towards the Termini Station. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia.' From there, you can either walk or take a short bus ride. If you choose to walk, head north on Via del Corso for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via di Villa Peretti. Turn left and continue straight for another 5 minutes until you arrive at Piazza Mincio.

If you are driving from the Vatican Library to Piazza Mincio, exit the library and turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight and follow the signs towards the city center. After about 1 km, turn right onto Via del Corso. After another 1 km, turn left onto Via di Villa Peretti. Continue to follow the road signs for Piazza Mincio. There is limited parking nearby, so be prepared to find a parking spot in the surrounding streets and walk a short distance to the Piazza.
