Walking
If you are already at the Vatican Library, the Carriage Pavilion is within walking distance. Exit the library and head northeast on Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the entrance of the Vatican Museums. The Carriage Pavilion is located just inside the entrance, to your right. Look for the signs directing you to the various attractions within the museums.
Public Transportation
From the Vatican Library, you can take a bus to get to the Carriage Pavilion. Walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Viale Vaticano', which is about a 5-minute walk from the library. Catch bus number 49 or 81 heading towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Get off at the 'Vaticano' stop, which is just a short distance from the entrance to the Vatican Museums. The Carriage Pavilion is located just inside the entrance, to your right.
Taxi
If you prefer to take a taxi, you can find a taxi stand near the Vatican Library. Just tell the driver to take you to the Vatican Museums, specifying that you want to visit the Carriage Pavilion. The taxi ride will take approximately 5-10 minutes depending on traffic, and the driver will drop you off at the entrance of the museums.
