From the Vatican Museums, exit through the main entrance and walk towards Viale Vaticano. Turn left onto Viale Vaticano and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Ottaviano. Cross the street and continue straight onto Via dei Gracchi. Follow this road until you reach Piazza Cavour. From there, take Via del Corso and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Sant'Ignazio. Turn left onto Via di Sant'Ignazio, and you will find Chiesa di Sant'Ignazio di Loyola at Piazza S. Ignazio.

Alternatively, you can take the route through the historical center. From the Vatican Museums, exit and head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Walk through the square and exit the basilica. Head straight down Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, turn left onto Lungotevere and continue until you reach the intersection with Via di Torre Argentina. Turn right onto Via di Torre Argentina and continue until you reach Via di Sant'Ignazio. Turn left, and Chiesa di Sant'Ignazio di Loyola will be at Piazza S. Ignazio.
