    From the entrance of the Vatican Necropolis, head east towards the Via di Porta Angelica. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Via della Conciliazione, which is a wide avenue. Cross the street and head towards the Castel Sant'Angelo, which will be on your left. Walk along the riverbank of the Tiber River, enjoying the scenic views. Keep walking until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge, crossing it to the other side. Once across, follow the signs that lead to the Piazza Navona. After reaching Piazza Navona, continue towards the south until you see the Pantheon. The Obelisco del Pantheon is located in Piazza della Rotonda, right in front of the Pantheon itself.

    Starting from St. Peter's Basilica, exit the basilica and head towards the left side of the basilica to reach the Via della Conciliazione. Walk along the Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Castel Sant'Angelo. Continue past the castle, following the road that runs parallel to the Tiber River. Once you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo, cross the bridge. After crossing, turn left and proceed towards the Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head south towards the Pantheon. The Obelisco del Pantheon will be directly in front of the Pantheon at Piazza della Rotonda.
