Once you are inside the Vatican Museums, head towards the Raphael Rooms. Follow the signs that lead to the 'Raphael Rooms' (Stanze di Raffaello). After visiting the Raphael Rooms, continue straight ahead until you see a corridor that leads to the Gallery of Maps. The entrance to the Gallery of Maps is indicated with clear signage. It is located directly adjacent to the Raphael Rooms.

If you find yourself in the Pinecone Courtyard (Cortile della Pigna), exit the courtyard and look for the entrance to the Gallery of Maps nearby. From the Pinecone Courtyard, you can walk towards the entrance of the Gallery which is clearly marked. The Gallery of Maps will be on your right side as you walk through the corridor.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head back through the main path you came from. As you enter the main hallway, look for the signs pointing towards the Gallery of Maps. Follow these signs, and you will arrive at the Gallery of Maps after a short walk through the museum.
