Walking
Exit St. Peter's Basilica from the main entrance, facing the square. Go straight ahead towards Piazza San Pietro. Once you reach the square, turn left and walk along the colonnade. Continue walking until you reach the end of the square. Look for the street signs leading to Via della Conciliazione and follow them. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight until you hit Via di Torre Argentina. Turn left onto Via di Torre Argentina, and then take your first right onto Via Catalana. The Jewish Museum will be on your right at Via Catalana, 00186 Roma RM.

From St. Peter's Basilica, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Board bus number 23, which heads towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk towards Via di Torre Argentina, then turn right onto Via Catalana. The Jewish Museum will be on your right at Via Catalana, 00186 Roma RM.
