    Walking

    From the entrance of the Vatican Necropolis, head towards the exit and turn left onto Via di Porta Sant'Anna. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the junction with Via della Conciliazione. Turn right onto Via della Conciliazione and walk straight for another 500 meters. When you reach the large square known as Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square), you will see the iconic St. Peter's Basilica in front of you. From here, continue walking past the basilica towards Via della Conciliazione until you reach the intersection with Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Turn left onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano and walk for about 400 meters until you reach the Colosseum. From the Colosseum, walk towards Via dei Fori Imperiali and continue straight until you see the entrance to the Gladiator Museum on your left at Piazza Navona, 90.

    Public Transport

    From Vatican Necropolis, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Catch Bus Number 40 towards 'Termini.' Ride for 3 stops and disembark at 'Piazza Venezia.' From there, transfer to Bus Number 81 towards 'Via di Villa Peretti.' Ride for 4 stops and get off at 'Piazza Navona.' The Gladiator Museum will be just a short walk from the bus stop, located at Piazza Navona, 90.
