From the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, exit the basilica and walk towards the right side of the square, heading towards the colonnades. Continue walking straight, following the pathway that leads you to Via della Conciliazione. Once you reach the street, turn left and walk along it. After approximately 800 meters, you will reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.
