Walking

From St. Peter's Basilica, exit the basilica and head towards the Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Castel Sant'Angelo. Once there, take the right onto the Lungotevere Castello. Follow the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto the Via dei Coronari. Walk along this street until you reach the intersection with Via Appia Antica. Turn left onto Via Appia Antica, and continue walking until you arrive at Casal Rotondo, which is located along this ancient road.
Public Transport (Bus)

From the Vatican area, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 30 towards 'Piazza Risorgimento'. Get off at the stop 'Piazza di Porta San Giovanni'. From there, transfer to bus number 118 towards 'Via Appia Antica'. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop 'Casal Rotondo'. After getting off, walk a short distance down Via Appia Antica, and you will find the monument.
Biking

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike near St. Peter's Square. Take the bike path along the Tiber River until you reach the intersection with Via Appia Antica.
