If you are already within the Vatican Necropolis, exit the necropolis area and head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you reach the piazza in front of St. Peter's Basilica, take the left exit of the square onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn right onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and walk for about 300 meters. Then, turn left onto Via di Santa Maria dell'Anima. The Church of Santa Maria dell'Anima will be on your right at number 64.

From the Vatican Necropolis, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located near St. Peter's Basilica. Take bus number 64 heading towards 'Termini'. After about 15 minutes, get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, turn left and walk about 300 meters.
