From the Vatican Necropolis, head east towards the entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you reach the entrance, walk towards the main exit of the museums. When you exit, turn left and walk along the Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. At this point, you should see St. Peter's Basilica ahead of you. Keep walking straight, crossing Via della Conciliazione, and continue walking until you reach the large square in front of St. Peter's Basilica. From there, make a right turn onto Via della Conciliazione, and continue until you reach P.za di S. Agostino, which is located a short distance down the road on your left.

Once you arrive at St. Peter's Basilica, go around the basilica to the right, following the flow of pedestrian traffic. This will lead you to the beautiful gardens of the Vatican.
