    From Vatican Necropolis, exit the site and head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once outside, walk straight towards the large square in front of the basilica, known as St. Peter's Square. As you reach the square, look for the obelisk at the center. From here, turn right onto Via della Conciliazione and continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo (the bridge) and continue straight on the other side until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano and walk straight. After about a 10-minute walk, turn left onto Via del Teatro di Marcello, then right onto Via del Portico d'Ottavia. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza del Biscione, which will be on your left.

    From Vatican Necropolis, exit and walk towards the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Board the bus number 64, which heads towards the central part of Rome. Stay on the bus for about 4 stops and get off at the stop named 'Argentina'. From there, walk straight down Via di Torre Argentina until you reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn right and continue walking until you reach the next intersection, then turn left onto Via del Biscione. You will find Piazza del Biscione at the end of the street.

    Exit Vatican Necropolis and head to the nearest tram stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take tram number 19 towards the direction of the stop 'Piazza Risorgimento'. Once you arrive, transfer to bus number 81 at the same stop. Ride the bus for about 6 stops and get off at the stop named 'Largo di Torre Argentina'. From here, walk straight down Via di Torre Argentina, and at the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, turn right. Continue until you reach Via del Biscione, then turn left to arrive at Piazza del Biscione.
