The Basilica of Sant'Andrea della Valle will be on your left at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 00186 Roma RM.

From Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81 towards 'Stazione Termini'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele II' stop.
