From the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the museum and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you reach the entrance, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Via di Porta Angelica. Turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica and follow it until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and keep walking straight to reach the Tiber River. Once at the river, turn left and continue walking along the riverbank. After about 1 kilometer, you will see the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge and you will find yourself on the other side of the river. Continue straight to Via di San Giovanni in Laterano and then turn right. Follow this road until you reach Piazza in Campo Marzio, where the historical landmark Centro Storico di Roma is located.
