From Vatican Radio, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Piazza San Pietro.' Board bus number 64 or 98, heading towards 'Termini.' After approximately 10-15 minutes, get off at 'Piazza dei Santi Apostoli' stop. From there, walk east on Via Nazionale until you reach Via Cavour. Turn right onto Via Cavour and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Merulana. Turn left onto Via Merulana, and then take a right onto Via di Villa Peretti. Continue straight until you reach Piazzale dei Santi Pietro e Paolo, where the Basilica is located.

If you are driving from Vatican Radio, head east on Via della Conciliazione toward Via del Vaticano. Continue on Via del Vaticano, then turn left onto Via dei Fori Imperiali. Follow the road until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Piazzale di Porta Pia, and then continue straight onto Viale Regina Elena. Continue straight until you reach Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, then turn right. Follow the road until you reach Piazzale dei Santi Pietro e Paolo. The Basilica will be on your left.
