From Vatican Radio, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via di Porta Castello. Take Bus 23 or Bus 280 towards 'Piazza Pia.' The journey will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Piazza San Pietro' stop. From there, walk towards the square, and the St. Peter Square Obelisk will be straight ahead in the center of the piazza.

If you prefer to walk, exit Vatican Radio and head south on Via di Porta Castello. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn left on Via della Conciliazione and walk straight for about 10-15 minutes. You will see St. Peter's Basilica at the end of the street, and the St. Peter Square Obelisk is located in front of the Basilica in the square.
