From Camel's Hump State Park, head southeast on Camel's Hump Road. Continue for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 2. Turn right onto Route 2 and follow it for approximately 4 miles. At the intersection with Sherman Hollow Road, turn left. The Birds of Vermont Museum will be located at 900 Sherman Hollow Rd, about 1 mile down the road on your left. Be aware that parking is available on-site.
