If you're driving from Stowe, VT, head southwest on Main St toward S Main St. Continue on VT-108 S for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Notchbrook Rd. Continue for about 1 mile, and you will reach Foster's Hole at 334-110 Notchbrook Rd, Stowe, VT 05672. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation
To reach Foster's Hole via public transportation, take the Green Mountain Transit (GMT) bus from Stowe. Board the bus at the Stowe Village and take the Route 1 towards Morrisville. Get off at the 'Morrisville Plaza' stop. From there, you will need to call a local taxi service or rideshare (like Uber or Lyft) to take you to Foster's Hole, as it is about 7 miles away and not directly serviced by public transit.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can bike to Foster's Hole! From Stowe, head south on Main St and follow the bike paths available along VT-108 S. Continue for about 3 miles and turn right onto Notchbrook Rd. It's approximately 4 miles from the turn to Foster's Hole, which is a scenic route. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local cycling regulations.
