From Smugglers' Notch State Park, head south on Smugglers' Notch Road (Vermont Route 108) towards Stowe. Continue on Route 108 until you reach the intersection with Vermont Route 100. Turn left onto Vermont Route 100 South. Continue for about 12 miles, following the signs towards Waterbury. The Ben & Jerry's Flavor Graveyard is located at 1281 Waterbury-Stowe Road, on your right. Look for the large sign marking the entrance.
