If you are in the Hoan Kiem Lake area, head towards the north side of the lake. Walk along the lake until you reach Hang Khay Street. Turn left onto Hang Khay and continue straight until you reach Tran Hung Dao Street. Take a right on Tran Hung Dao and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see Hoa Lo Prison on your left at 1 P. Hoả Lò.
