Walking
If you are staying in the ancient town of Hoi An, start by heading towards the Hoi An Market (Chợ Hoi An). From the market, walk straight towards the Thu Bon River. Once you reach the riverside, turn right and follow the riverbank. Continue walking along the river until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. At this point, you can either take a local bus or continue walking. If you choose to walk, proceed straight until you reach the intersection with Le Duan Street. Turn left onto Le Duan Street and continue walking straight. You will cross a bridge called the Dragon Bridge (Cầu Rồng) which offers great views. Keep walking straight until you reach APEC Park, which will be on your right side.
Bicycle
For a more adventurous route, you can rent a bicycle from your hotel or a local shop in Hoi An. Start your ride towards the coastal road, Cửa Đại Beach. Once you reach the beach, take a left on the beach road and enjoy the scenic ride. Head north along the shoreline until you see signs for Da Nang. Stay on this road until you merge onto Le Duan Street, which will lead you directly to APEC Park. The ride offers beautiful views of the coastline and is approximately 30 minutes from Hoi An.
Local Bus
If you prefer public transport, you can take a local bus from Hoi An to Da Nang. Head to the bus station near the Ancient Town (Chợ Hoi An) and look for buses heading to Da Nang (usually labeled as Da Nang or Đà Nẵng). The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Da Nang bus station, exit and head towards the main road. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to APEC Park, which is about a 10-minute walk straight down Le Duan Street.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Hoi An to APEC Park. Simply ask your hotel to call a taxi for you or use a ride-hailing app like Grab. Provide the driver with the destination 'APEC Park, Bình Hiên, Hải Châu District, Da Nang'. The journey typically takes around 30 minutes, depending on traffic, and it will drop you off right at the entrance of the park.
