Walking
If you are starting from the center of Hue, head towards Le Loi Street. Walk along this street until you reach the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street. Turn right onto Tran Hung Dao Street and continue walking. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. After about 15 minutes, you will arrive at the intersection with Nguyen Trai Street. Turn left onto Nguyen Trai Street and continue straight. As you walk, keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the Mausoleum of Emperor Dong Khanh. After approximately 10 minutes, look for the entrance to the mausoleum on your right. It should be marked clearly, and you can enter from there.

Find a cyclo (a three-wheeled bicycle taxi) in the central area of Hue, such as near the Imperial City. Tell the driver you want to go to the Mausoleum of Emperor Dong Khanh (Lăng Đế Duy Tân). The ride should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. As you approach, you can enjoy the views of the surrounding area and ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of the mausoleum.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Hue, typically found in the city center. Head out from the rental shop and navigate towards Le Loi Street. Follow the same route as indicated for walking: turn right onto Tran Hung Dao Street, then left onto Nguyen Trai Street. Keep pedaling straight until you see the entrance to the Mausoleum of Emperor Dong Khanh on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules for a safe ride.
