From the center of Hue, start at Dong Ba Market. Head southwest on Tran Hung Dao Street until you reach the intersection with Le Loi Street. Turn left onto Le Loi Street and continue straight until you reach the Perfume River. Cross the river using the Truong Tien Bridge. Once across, continue straight on Tran Hung Dao Street. Follow the road as it curves to the right and becomes Le Ngo Cat Street. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep walking until you reach a fork in the road, then take the left path onto Thuy Xuan Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and look for signs indicating the Tomb of Tu Duc King's Wife (Lăng Lệ Thiên Anh hoàng hậu). The tomb entrance will be on your left.

Hire a cyclo from Dong Ba Market or any central location in Hue. Tell the driver you want to go to the Tomb of Tu Duc King's Wife (Lăng Lệ Thiên Anh hoàng hậu) located in Thuy Xuan. The driver will take you along Tran Hung Dao Street, crossing the Truong Tien Bridge over the Perfume River, and continue on Le Ngo Cat Street. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to ask the driver for a direct route and confirm the destination before you start.
