Car
If you're driving from Dong Hoi, take National Route 1A south towards Quang Binh Province. After about 40 kilometers, take the exit towards Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng National Park. Continue on this route for another 20 kilometers until you reach the Tân Trạch area. Look for the signs directing you to Hang Va Cave. The cave is located at F7RJ+FGR, Hồ Chí Minh Tây, Tân Trạch, Bố Trạch, Quảng Bình. Be prepared for a short hike, as the cave is not directly accessible by car.

Public Transportation
From Dong Hoi, take a local bus heading to Phong Nha. These buses usually leave from the central bus station and cost around 40,000 VND. After about an hour, get off at the Phong Nha bus stop. From there, you can hire a motorbike taxi (xe ôm) or arrange a local guide to take you to Hang Va Cave, which is about 15 kilometers away. Expect to pay around 150,000 VND for the motorbike taxi.
