Car
If you are driving from Ha Tinh City, head west on Nguyen Du Street towards Le Duan Street. Continue on Le Duan Street for about 7 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto National Route 1A. After approximately 20 km, take the exit towards Loc Ha. Follow the signs for Loc Ha District and continue for about 10 km until you reach Xuân Hải. Look for signs directing you to Xuan Hai Beach, which is located near FWC5+GPF, Xuân Hải, Lộc Hà, Hà Tĩnh.

Public Transportation
To reach Xuan Hai Beach via public transport, start by taking a bus from Ha Tinh City to Loc Ha District. Buses depart from the Ha Tinh Bus Station and the ticket price is approximately 30,000 VND. The journey takes around 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Loc Ha, you can take a taxi or a local motorbike taxi (xe ôm) to Xuan Hai Beach, which should cost about 50,000 VND to 70,000 VND for the short ride. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

For a more adventurous route, consider renting a motorbike in Ha Tinh City. Rental shops are available throughout the city and rental costs around 120,000 VND per day. From Ha Tinh, head west on Nguyen Du Street and follow the same directions as driving. This option allows you to enjoy scenic views along the way and explore the area at your own pace.
