You will need to take a ferry from Hai Phong to Cat Ba Island, which costs about 50,000 VND ($2.20) for a one-way ticket. The ferry ride takes around 30 minutes. Once on Cat Ba Island, you can drive to the park entrance, which is approximately 20 km from the ferry terminal.
