If you're driving your own car or renting one, head to the center of Tam Dao town. From the town center, follow the signs towards Hồ Sơn. The entrance to Tam Dao National Park is located at Km 13 on Hồ Sơn road. The park's entrance is well-marked, and you can park your car near the entrance. Please note that there may be a parking fee, typically around 20,000 VND.

Public Transportation
To reach Tam Dao National Park using public transportation, you can take a local bus from Hanoi to Tam Dao. Once you arrive at Tam Dao town, you can take a taxi or a motorbike taxi (xe ôm) to the park entrance at Km 13 on Hồ Sơn road. The taxi ride should cost around 30,000 to 50,000 VND depending on your negotiation skills. Make sure to clarify your destination with the driver before you start.

If you are already in Tam Dao and prefer to walk, start from the center of town and head towards Hồ Sơn road. It is approximately a 30-minute walk to the park entrance at Km 13. Follow the main road signs towards the national park, and enjoy the scenic views along the way.
