Start by finding the nearest Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) bus stop and take Bus Route 10 (Chesapeake to Norfolk) to the Norfolk light rail station (MacArthur Square). Once there, transfer to the light rail and board the 'The Tide' towards Norfolk. Get off at the 'Norfolk City Hall' stop. After exiting the station, head northeast on City Hall Ave, then turn left onto Waterside Dr. Walk for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Town Point Park.

If you are already in downtown Norfolk, you can easily walk to Town Point Park. From the Norfolk City Hall, head northeast on City Hall Ave. After about 0.2 miles, turn left onto Waterside Dr. Continue walking along Waterside Dr for about 0.3 miles, and you will find Town Point Park on your right.
