If you are starting from the Fredericksburg Train Station, exit the station and turn right onto Lafayette Blvd. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles. You will pass by several shops and restaurants on your way. The Fredericksburg Battlefield Visitor Center will be on your left at 1013 Lafayette Blvd.

From downtown Fredericksburg, you can catch the FREDericksburg Regional Transit bus. Board the bus heading towards the Central Park area. Get off at the Lafayette Blvd stop. Walk back approximately 0.1 miles, and the Fredericksburg Battlefield Visitor Center will be on your right at 1013 Lafayette Blvd.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the downtown area. Head north on Princess Anne St until you reach Lafayette Blvd. Turn left onto Lafayette Blvd and continue straight for about 0.5 miles. The Fredericksburg Battlefield Visitor Center will be on your left at 1013 Lafayette Blvd.
