    From the Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, head west on US-58 W toward Suffolk. Continue on US-58 W for approximately 15 miles until you reach the intersection with I-664 S. Take the exit toward I-664 S/Portsmouth. Merge onto I-664 S and continue for about 8 miles. Take exit 9A for US-460 E toward Portsmouth. Continue on US-460 E, and then take exit 9B to merge onto US-17 N/High St toward Downtown Portsmouth. Follow High St for about 1 mile, and Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center will be on your right at 400 High St, Portsmouth, VA 23704.
