Once you reach 38th Street, turn left and walk towards the Oceanfront Bike Path. The Navy SEAL Monument will be located along the bike path, near the intersection of 38th Street and the beach.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike at any of the rental stations along the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. From the Boardwalk, head north on the Oceanfront Bike Path. Keep biking until you reach 38th Street. The monument will be on your right side, just off the path, close to the beach.

Catch the public bus (HRT) at any nearby bus stop on Atlantic Avenue. Take the bus heading towards North Virginia Beach. Get off at the 38th Street stop. From the bus stop, walk east towards the Oceanfront Bike Path. The Navy SEAL Monument is located along the bike path at 38th Street, just a short walk away.
