Walking
If you're starting from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, head south on Atlantic Avenue. Walk along the boardwalk until you reach 20th Street, then turn left onto 20th Street. Continue until you reach Atlantic Avenue again, and then turn right. Nightmare Mansion is located at 2008 Atlantic Ave, just a short walk down the street. The entire route is approximately 1 mile and should take about 20 minutes on foot.

Public Transit
From the Virginia Beach Convention Center, walk to the nearest bus stop located on 19th Street. Take the Wave Shuttle (Route 30) heading south towards the Boardwalk. Get off at the 21st Street stop. From there, walk north on Atlantic Avenue for about 3 blocks, and you will find Nightmare Mansion at 2008 Atlantic Ave. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Ride south on the boardwalk bike path until you reach 20th Street. Turn left onto 20th Street and continue until you hit Atlantic Avenue. Turn right and head down Atlantic Avenue, where Nightmare Mansion is located at 2008 Atlantic Ave. This route is approximately 1 mile and should take around 10 minutes.
