If you're starting from the Virginia Beach Town Center, begin by heading east on Virginia Beach Blvd toward Independence Blvd. Walk about 1.5 miles until you reach the end of Virginia Beach Blvd. At this point, you'll want to turn left onto Pacific Ave. Continue walking north on Pacific Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Virginia Beach Boardwalk.
