From downtown Bremerton, head to the nearest bus stop for Kitsap Transit, located at 3rd St & Pacific Ave. Take Bus Route 1 towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes, and get off at the 'Ballard Locks' stop. From there, walk north on NW 54th St towards Seaview Ave NW for about 10 minutes until you reach 7001 Seaview Ave NW, where Shilshole Bay Marina is located.

Take the Washington State Ferry from Bremerton to downtown Seattle. After disembarking, walk to the bus terminal at 1st Ave & Marion St. Board Bus Route 29, which heads towards Ballard. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes and get off at the 'Ballard Locks' stop. Walk north on NW 54th St towards Seaview Ave NW for about 10 minutes until you arrive at Shilshole Bay Marina, located at 7001 Seaview Ave NW.

If you are staying close to the waterfront in Bremerton, you can take a scenic walk along the water. Head towards the waterfront park area and follow the shoreline north.
