If you're driving, start on I-5 North and take exit 169 for Mercer St. Continue on Mercer St and follow the signs for Seattle Center. Merge onto 4th Ave N, then take a left onto Broad St. Continue until you reach the waterfront, where you'll merge onto Alaskan Way. Follow Alaskan Way, then turn right onto Elliott Ave. Continue straight until you reach the West Point Lighthouse at Discovery Park. There is parking available near the park entrance.
