Once you are nearing Seattle, take exit 165B for I-5 N toward Vancouver BC. Continue on I-5 N for about 1.5 miles, then take exit 166 toward Seneca St. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Seneca St, and merge onto Seneca St. Continue for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Minor Ave. Washington Trust for Historic Preservation will be on your left at 1204 Minor Ave, Seattle, WA 98101.
