If you're driving from Portland, head east on I-84 for about 60 miles. Take exit 64 for US-97 N toward Goldendale. Continue on US-97 N for approximately 32 miles. You'll find Brooks Memorial State Park at 2465 US-97, Goldendale, WA 98620. Look for the park entrance on your right.
Car from Hood River
Start by heading north on US-35 from Hood River. After about 20 miles, merge onto I-84 E. Continue for about 25 miles, then take exit 64 for US-97 N toward Goldendale. Drive approximately 32 miles on US-97 N until you reach Brooks Memorial State Park at 2465 US-97. The entrance will be on your right.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are limited public transportation options directly to Brooks Memorial State Park. However, you can take a Greyhound bus from Portland to Goldendale.
