If you're traveling by car, ensure you have a GPS or a map application ready. The Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum is located at 5000 Discovery Dr, The Dalles, OR 97058. From I-84, take exit 87 toward The Dalles. After exiting, turn left onto E 2nd St and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Cascade Ave. Turn right on Cascade Ave and follow the road as it turns into Discovery Dr. The museum will be on your left. Ample parking is available on-site.

Public transportation options are limited in the Columbia River Gorge area, but you can take the Columbia Area Transit bus service from nearby towns. Check the bus schedule for the 'Route 1' which services The Dalles. Once you arrive at The Dalles, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach the museum as it is approximately 3 miles from the bus stop. Fares for the bus are around $1.00 per ride.
