From Everett Station, take Community Transit Bus Route 1 towards Lynnwood. Get off at the stop at 124th St SW & Evergreen Way. From there, transfer to Island Transit Route 1 and continue towards Coupeville. The bus will take you through scenic areas, and you will get off at the stop nearest to Fort Casey State Park. Walk approximately 0.5 miles to reach the entrance at 1280 Engle Rd.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from a local shop in Everett. Head west on 41st St and continue straight onto W Mukilteo Blvd. Follow the road towards Mukilteo and then take the ferry from Mukilteo to Clinton on Whidbey Island.
