Public Bus
From your location in Federal Way, walk to the nearest bus stop that serves Route 186, heading towards Seattle. Board the bus and ride for approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Bellevue Transit Center. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to Bellevue Downtown Park. Head east on NE 6th St, turn left onto 102nd Ave NE, and then right onto NE 4th St. The park will be on your left.

Light Rail
Make your way to the Federal Way Transit Center and board the Sound Transit Link Light Rail heading towards Angle Lake. Transfer at the Angle Lake Station to the Link Light Rail towards Northgate. Ride until you reach the Bellevue Station. From the Bellevue Station, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Bellevue Downtown Park. Head east on NE 4th St until you reach the park at 10201 NE 4th St.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride along the Interurban Trail. Start from Federal Way and follow the trail north towards Bellevue. The ride is about 12 miles and should take around an hour. As you approach Bellevue, follow the signs directing you to the downtown area. When you reach NE 4th St, turn right and continue until you reach Bellevue Downtown Park.

For those who enjoy walking, if you are near the Federal Way City Center, you can follow the scenic path along the waterfront towards Bellevue. This is a longer journey, approximately 13 miles and may take around 4-5 hours. Make sure to stay on the sidewalks and paths. Follow the signs towards Bellevue, and once you arrive in downtown Bellevue, head towards NE 4th St to find Bellevue Downtown Park.
