From Federal Way Transit Center, take the Sound Transit Link Light Rail towards Seattle. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes until you reach the Westlake Station. Once you arrive at Westlake Station, exit the train and follow the signs to the street level. Head southwest on Pine Street for two blocks until you reach 4th Avenue. Turn left onto 4th Avenue and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach Western Avenue. Turn right onto Western Avenue, and you will find Victor Steinbrueck Park at 1999 Western Ave, Seattle, WA 98121.
