    From Federal Way Transit Center, board Sound Transit Route 586 towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Madison St & 23rd Ave E'. Walk east on Madison St, then turn right onto 23rd Ave E. Continue on 23rd Ave E until you reach Arboretum Dr E. Turn left on Arboretum Dr E and the Washington Park Arboretum will be on your right.

    From the Federal Way Commons Mall, walk to the nearest bus stop at 20th Ave S & S 320th St. Take King County Metro Route 186 towards Seattle. After about 30 minutes, transfer at the 'Capitol Hill Station' to Route 8. Ride the Route 8 bus for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Arboretum Dr & 30th Ave E'. Walk south on Arboretum Dr E, and you will arrive at the Washington Park Arboretum.

    If you're near the Downtown Federal Way area, start your journey at the Federal Way Community Center. Head north on 21st Ave SW towards S 320th St. Turn left onto S 320th St and walk for about 1 mile until you reach the Federal Way Transit Center. From there, follow the directions provided in the Public Transit options to reach the Arboretum.
