From Kirkland, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the Metro Bus Route 238 at the bus stop in downtown Kirkland near the Kirkland Transit Center. Board the bus heading towards Woodinville. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of NE 145th St and 141st Ave NE. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery. Walk east on NE 145th St until you reach the winery entrance on your right.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from a local bike shop in Kirkland. Start your journey by heading east on Lake Street, then take the scenic route along the waterfront. Continue on the Burke-Gilman Trail, which will lead you through beautiful parks and along the Sammamish River. Follow the trail until you reach NE 145th St. Turn left, and the winery will be on your left after a short distance. The bike ride should take around 45 minutes to an hour.
