From downtown Kirkland, walk to the nearest bus stop on 3rd St & Kirkland Ave. Take King County Metro Bus 255 towards Seattle. Ride for approximately 30 minutes and disembark at the stop near Seattle Center. From there, the Space Needle is a short walk. Head west on Broad St for about 5 minutes until you reach the Space Needle at 400 Broad St.
