From downtown Marysville, walk to the nearest bus stop at 4th Street and State Avenue. Take the Community Transit Bus Route 201 towards Everett Station. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes and get off at the bus stop at 3893 State Route 20. From there, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes to reach Fort Casey State Park. Head northwest on State Route 20, then turn left onto Engle Road. Follow Engle Road until you see the entrance to Fort Casey State Park. The park is located at 1280 Engle Rd, Coupeville, WA 98239.
Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle from a local shop in Marysville. Once you have your bike, head west on 4th Street towards State Avenue. Turn right onto State Avenue and follow it until you reach the intersection with State Route 20. Turn left onto State Route 20 and continue riding for about 9 miles. Look for signs for Fort Casey State Park, and turn left onto Engle Road. Follow Engle Road for a short distance until you arrive at Fort Casey State Park, located at 1280 Engle Rd, Coupeville, WA 98239.
